Any long term contract with a floor? A podcaster with a Spotify deal? An insurance policy or retirement annuity? A legal settlement with yearly payout? How are those different than fluctuating stock or assets? Or options or LEAPS that go into the money? All these can all be borrowed against or even sold like you already have the money?
