The key question is whether users perceive enough tangible ROI to justify that cost. For an AI agent that can manage email, calendars, and build software tools, the value proposition depends less on novelty and more on reliability, integration depth, and time saved in real workflows. That is closer to enterprise SaaS logic than consumer apps.
