@davidmanheim @deanwball @eligerhard Agree, but even if we enforce a "human actually in the loop", presumably many people will be willing to sell their notional oversight and liability for cheap.

This. Even if there is no direct beneficial owner, the entity acts on the world through money, and money is just stored capital, magic database numbers that make humans and only humans do things.
