Block Open Sources Berd Desktop App for AI Agents

Owen Jennings from Block posted about Berd, the desktop app he uses most of the day. The app supports multiple models and harnesses for building AI agents. Block released the code on its GitHub account. Jack Dorsey reposted the announcement. Linked pages describe Berd as a playful desktop tool for getting work done with any model. Employees at Block mention using it for custom agents, projects, and persistent context. The project remains available through the repository and site.
