The layout for workflows is a bit rough. Title column is too small, model column is too long, right column is super inconsistent
Recommendations: 1. Longer titles 2. Don't show tool calls (I don't care) 3. Dedicated column for time
Gonna do a thread of Claude Code feedback for the team in hopes they fix some of my small annoyances
Many users complained about Claude Code UI and CLI flaws like wrapped unclickable auth URLs, overloaded escape keys, and broken tool calls because these bugs disrupt workflows, flash private info, and frustrate terminal users.
No Digg Deeper questions have been answered for this story yet.

PLEASE fix the line wrapping on the auth URL. I can't click it when authing over SSH because the url is SO LONG and it wraps to like 5 lines, and only the top line is clickable.
See how only the top line is underlined? Fix pls (or just do sane URLs tbh)
"escape" key is overloaded, and I cancel work constantly as a result.
For example, I have to press esc to get out of the workflow view, and if I hit it twice accidentally (or I think I'm deeper than I am), I cancel my work.
I don't think workflows are recoverable so this is SUPER expensive.
At the VERY least, a confirmation when cancelling workflows would be great.
The "IS_DEMO=1" flag to hide email is not reliable.
I often have Claude Code flash a screen for 1-2 frames that includes my email.
I should be able to reliably hide email in ALL cases with a flag, even during login. "HIDE_EMAIL_ALWAYS=1" please 🫡

When you use bypass permissions by default, a few things break around directory permissions.
I have bypass perms on by default when I call Claude. If I use it in a directory I haven't trusted, it works fine...until I try to "/remote-control", "--worktree" etc.
At the VERY least, I'd love a /trust-directory command
@theo The funniest part is that auth flows are designed like everyone has a browser, a mouse, a full GUI, and infinite patience, then SSH users are treated as the edge case in a toolchain literally built for them. 👇
@theo I would like to be able to peek inside and see what the agents are actually doing. The tool calls are borderline useless.

@theo @ClaudeDevs @trq212 I’d like to add something, too: the errors related to tool calls are really getting out of hand. It feels as though the model completely forgets how toact and has to consult an extra file just to remember.
