EliseAI has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, nearly doubling its value from about 13 months ago, with Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners co-leading the round and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan joining as a new investor. Fortune reports the company plans to use the primary-capital financing to expand product development and grow engineering, deployment, and sales teams across North America, including a second engineering hub in San Francisco. EliseAI, which focuses on housing and healthcare operations, says its software now serves roughly one in six U.S. apartments, has topped $200 million in annual recurring revenue, and recently launched Apollo, an AI agent designed to work across tasks while leaving binding or judgment-heavy decisions to humans.
