episode is too long.. nvidia has 75-80% margin, Inferentia & TPUs have 40-50% , clouds have 30-60% margin on top

Jason & Rory know this already.. but they miss the fact that designing a chip is much easier.. the dev costs for labs is so low that they can afford to bet n try to recover infra costs

this results in cheaper tokens, yet more revenue acceleration, n same 90% cogs gm
