Something @mansourtarek_ said something that maps onto almost every CEO I coach: you can't really market a product, or run a company, that isn't a true reflection of who you are. The company ends up looking like you whether you plan it that way or not. @Kalshi is obviously built in fast-iteration mode because that's how Tarek and Luana operate personally. You can copy someone else's playbook. You can't copy their personality, and that is the piece that usually sets the company far apart.
