@ns123abc bro is worried about ai surveillance while the administration is building the biggest federal data collection apparatus in us history

🤔🤔🤔🤨🙄You don't need artificial intelligence to spy on, listen to, track, and monitor everything people do. AI doesn't just do that. This perspective is incorrect. In my opinion, AI didn't even exist when people were being monitored, tracked, and captured. AI makes many things easier. Birth rates have decreased, the young population is declining, and soon, in the not-too-distant future, there won't be enough young people left to work; they will decrease. However, industry is constantly developing, fields are expanding, and robots and machines working with artificial intelligence will be needed in all these areas, especially for space technology and space travel. AI is indispensable. From a surveillance perspective, it was done with cameras without AI. Security cameras already monitor people enough; listening devices listen to people enough. AI is new; there's no need to be afraid. Protective measures can be taken; technologies can be created to stop the AI system for those who don't want to be monitored.

@ns123abc "Thiel stuff," alluding to Peter Thiel—Vance's mentor, major campaign backer, and Palantir co-founder

@ns123abc Dear NIK,
If the EU knew this we would have invested a lot more and earlier into AI.
All the best,
Wolfgang

@ns123abc AI is not a communist technology lol its a new species

@ns123abc "ai is communist" it's literally digital, you make it and everyone in the world can use it at your fixed prices if you present it as something deeply locked, people will preach to options that you criticize, it becomes hypocritical

@ns123abc Do Americans even actually know what communism is at this point? Like, there is actually a difference between communist, a dictatorship, surveillance state etc. They all are separate things. They can co exist in one state sure, but they aren't the same ideas/functions.

In mathematics people get scored poorly for coming to the right conclusions with the wrong proofs. In pragmatics, I would rather people come to right conclusions even with faulty proofs.
If Vance concluded AI surveillance is bad, I don't care how he got there. let him blame communism.

@ns123abc no politician will stop that surveillance regime from unfolding

@ns123abc geeza has the iq of a toaster

@ns123abc Mass surveillance paired with automated, predictive ai is a terrifying level of centralized leverage, If you don't control the compute, you're the one being tracked

@ns123abc He is part of the elite, and he is talking about their new "Data Center" Lodge in 2033:

@ns123abc Isn't he Peter thiel's whipping boy of none other than Palantir whose whole thing is about AI surveillance

@ns123abc AI can be a powerful tool, but protecting privacy and personal freedom must always come first. Technology should serve people not control them.

@ns123abc artificial intelligence, the communist technology?

@ns123abc calling it communist is another scare tactic. this administration has done more surveillance than any other before fact or cap

@ns123abc Which is why Anthropic is so hard to swallow for them with the communist EA vibes. Obviously left wing ideology models for communist purposes buy a commie adjacent company. This is your leading lab and model.
OpenAI at least tries to stay clear of those party vibes.

All politicians are scared because AI will make THEM transparent & spottable. Too bad darling. All the peasants are soon going to be able to watch the watchers (the tech will be cheap and ubiquitous). We'll also use it to regain our independence from the System. No more gate keeping, no more selective wealth clubs. 🍿 🥂

@ns123abc There is no need for digital ID or social credit. Those are communist.
AI doesn't have to do those things only idiots that are greedy do those things.
