@AndrewCurran_ @scaling01 It's too late to win the race but maybe it's still not too late to make a difference. Compute can become an extremely valuable asset, and hoarding a lot of compute could give EU a some negotiation power which, together with ASML might be enough to avoid the worst scenarios.
