Codex ‘Banked’ grants might arrive hours after distribution notices

A user said a September 23 ‘Banked’ distribution notice was followed by a grant about two hours later, while a September 4 ‘Banked reset’ notice preceded a grant by about three hours and 36 minutes. Ahead of the September 29 DevDay keynote, they speculated that another grant could take at least a few hours and cautioned that their information was not guaranteed accurate.
