Get Access launches invite-only platform for later-stage startup investing

Business Insider reports Get Access pools individual investors’ money for startup funding rounds from Series B onward, including Crusoe’s recent round. The invite-only platform raised $5 million at an $85 million post-money valuation, led by Guy Oseary at Sound Ventures. Get Access says it makes money mainly through membership fees, takes 10% of investment profits and brought in its first $1 million in revenue within five days of a private launch.
