@bayeslord There’s a difference between what is technically possible and what society will allow. I think that’s was deeply misunderstood by people in AI when they forced this on people

to be clear they are definitely going to start selling outcomes, likely a smart move, though it’s a bit ugly in some ways they don’t *have* to stop selling tokens, but if the compute allocation machine gets good enough the margins will be better in outcomes than tokens, and gg
If the labs pivot to selling outcomes and stop selling tokens, it would be profoundly ugly. Anthropic plausibly will. OpenAI is perhaps not yet lost to the machine but who knows
