most doctor visits are almost completely useless endeavors now cuz they’re also just googling shit. chatgpt & claude are 1000x better in every dimension if you are even remotely able to problem solve in any meaningful way. before someone comes after me, i am only talking about front line doctors. e.g. your primary care physician should be an ai for the majority of individuals, there is not even a question about this anymore. the only real thing keeping these guys in business is pure regulatory.

You could have Googled sh*t for decades, but that's not why you went to a doctor. The number one reason you go to see a doctor is that he/she will dissuade you from all the false positives/negatives that you've ideated yourself into believing. It's absolutely insanely easy to convince yourself that you have cancer for instance!

@tunguz ai is very diff than traditional google. that was one to many. this is definitely not. a good model will never do this. it should be emotionally sensitive, if not more, than your average regarded doctor.
