My advice to US AI companies. Do this now. History and physics are on my side. WHY OPEN LOCAL ALWAYS WINS. It is history and it is physics. A central AI is something you visit — a powerful oracle you consult and then leave. A local AI agent is something that can live with you. It can read your documents without sending them anywhere. It can learn your voice, your style, your industry constraints. It can act inside defined boundaries on your behalf. It can coordinate with other local agents — one specialized in research, another in writing, another in analysis or automation — creating a small team of intelligences that no single central service can fully replicate because none of them possess your private context. The future belongs to the swarm — to the hundreds and thousands of smaller, specialized, sovereign agents running on devices, in homes, in small server racks, at the edge.
