Blackwall reportedly raises $100 million in Series C at $2.2 billion valuation

Estonia-based Blackwall announced a $100 million Series C at a $2.2 billion valuation, Tech.eu reports. TechCrunch reports executive chairman Roi Carthy said the round quadrupled Blackwall’s valuation since its 2025 fundraise. Blackwall sells customizable traffic-security tools through hosting, cloud and managed service providers. CEO Nikita Rozenberg expects more AI-agent activity on websites; the company plans to expand operations and develop more security tools.
