TLDR
The Verge reports that Meta announced Horizon Create, a phone app, and Horizon Studio, a browser editor, at Meta Connect on September 24, 2026. Meta says both can turn text prompts into 2D or 3D mobile games, with Studio offering visual editing and finer controls. The company says projects transfer between the two tools, including assets and editing history. In its announcement, Meta said early access was rolling out gradually and offered a waitlist.
