Arena.ai reports Qwen3.8-Max-0902 by Alibaba_Qwen debuted at number one overall in Code Arena WebDev with the highest score. Alibaba_Qwen announced the upgrade, noting further post-training on Coding and Cowork for stronger performance on enterprise tasks, scientific research, and long-horizon workflows. The company also stated the model leads in multistep reasoning, tool use, and full app generation. Arena.ai added that it sits above other models on the updated Pareto frontier at its blended price.
