SiMa.ai has raised a $150 million Series C financing at a $1.45 billion valuation, adding fresh capital for a startup focused on running AI directly on devices in the field.
Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify co-led the round, with participation from Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital and StepStone Group, as reported by SiliconANGLE and TechCrunch.
The company develops chips and software for devices including robots, drones and cameras that run AI on-device, TechCrunch reported. SiliconANGLE described SiMa.ai as targeting physical AI devices, using that term for hardware systems including robots, drones and autonomous vehicles.
TechCrunch reported that the new financing brings SiMa.ai’s total capital raised to more than $500 million. The outlet also reported, citing PitchBook, that SiMa.ai was previously valued at $960 million after raising an $85 million Series B in July 2025 (TechCrunch).
