In a Tech in Asia profile, co-founder and CEO Jingjing Zhong said she launched the company after helping grow Helpling Singapore to US$30 million in revenue while relying on 80 human operators to handle customer inquiries. Tech in Asia reports that Superbench says it has secured 20% of Singapore’s home cleaning market, expanded its client base into Australia and the UAE, and generates 80% of sales for active users through AI automation. The company charges a base fee plus sales commission, with annual base pricing listed at S$25,000 for mid-market clients and S$100,000 or more for larger accounts.
