Perplexity founders announce search integration for Decagon customer support agents.
Aravind Srinivas and Denis Yarats, co-founders of Perplexity AI, posted that Decagon's agents now run on Perplexity search technology. Srinivas highlighted that Decagon serves brands including Delta Airlines, Ticketmaster, Deutsche Telekom and American Airlines, where many support questions need accurate online information.
