I think a great start would be for a billionaire to sponsor free economics text books for any high school or college as long as they are written by either Mankiw, Kruggman, Cowen or Wolfers. As Samuelson said, “I don't care who writes a nation's laws, or crafts its advanced treaties, if I can write its economics textbooks.
