We run coal at like 10% capacity in the U.S.

@TheStalwart @iaindunning The concentration risk piece maps well. There's also the maturity side: hyperscalers sign 2-year compute contracts, book them 5-6 years, finance them 4-9. @TheStalwart @scmallaby This is where the investment case changes. To me, compute is now a balance sheet and infrastructure question. The firms that lock in power and financing early will have a very real competitive advantage.
