Casap announced a $56 million Series B on Oct. 28, 2026, led by Base10 Partners, with Experian and Synchrony participating as strategic investors. Jeff John Roberts at Fortune also reported the round. Casap says the financing brings its total funding to $90 million, just over a year after a $25 million Series A. Fortune reports that the company launched in 2023 and declined to disclose a valuation.
Casap says its dispute agents handle work from intake and investigation through decisions, evidence collection, recovery and customer communication. The agents work across financial institutions' existing systems, apply their policies and bring people in when a decision needs human judgment. Casap plans to use the funding to advance the platform and extend its work beyond fraud and disputes into collections, claims and complex exceptions. Fortune also reports plans to handle customer complaints.
The funding announcement is distinct from Casap's claims about how well its tools perform. The company lists a reduction of up to 51% in first-party fraud losses among customer outcomes; Fortune attributes that figure to Casap. It is an upper-end result claimed by the company, not an average or a promised result for every customer.
