Sharing my favourite resource for sumo wrestling stats and other details
Sumostats is probably the website I use the most when it comes to checking out rikishi, their stats and other tidbits of information, and tend to have videos of the matches. It's very easy to use and it's also in English, so that's a blessing.
There's a lot of other sumo sources out there. Some I can share are stuff like;
https://sumodb.sumogames.de/Default.aspx
https://www.sumo.or.jp/En/
Which somewhat do similar things to Sumostats, and some other things, but not everything. Sumostats is a bit easier to navigate and simply find stats.
There are some streamers that tend to stream the honbasho when it's ongoing, and then they re-stream it during the calm month.
MidnightSumo on Twitch is pretty good, and he tends to commentate the matches, and the things going on around it.
AvoidingTheHenka is another favourite, which streams on YouTube and Kick, but does not commentate, but there are some other quality-of-life things there, like the names being translated, and seeing who has the most wins over the other rikishi.
If anyone else has any other resources that is allowed to be shared, please do!
