Man, I tried to give Starfleet Academy a real shot, but episode 4 was just absurd.

A Klingon with social anxiety? Are you serious? It's like they went out and studied everything that makes a Klingon a Klingon, and just did the opposite. To top it off they found a way to humiliate the entire Klingon race in the finale using the lamest battle sequence ever conceived.

Why even make a Star Trek series if you're determined to ignore the lore of the entire IP? Even the new lore they make up has no internal consistency to it.

I mean, it sounds ridiculous, but I'm almost starting to believe they made this Star Trek with the goal of destroying Star Trek. It's like coming up with the burn in discovery made them wonder if they could do it in real life. It is astonishingly, violently, bad.
