Big 12 admits replay officials were 'incorrect' overturning BYU-ASU fumble call

TLDR

Officials awarded BYU a first-quarter touchdown after quarterback Bear Bachmeier fumbled and teammate Sione Moa recovered the ball. The Big 12 said replay should have placed the ball at the 2-yard line for third-and-goal because Moa could not advance it after the recovery. BYU won 27-20.
