WNBA Finals: Valkyries and Dream reportedly absent during national anthem in Games 1 and 2

USA TODAY reports that neither team was on the court for the anthem before Games 1 and 2, drawing online backlash. The WNBA rulebook calls for players to stand during the anthem, but the league suspended that policy in 2017. Valkyries guard Veronica Burton said leaving the court is the team's pregame routine, not a statement.
