Arsenal win north London derby for first WSL victory since September opener

BBC Match of the Day says Arsenal won the north London derby for their first WSL victory since their season opener in September, easing pressure on manager Renee Slegers. A post linking to The Athletic says Tottenham boss Martin Ho said WSL refereeing has “got worse” after a penalty decision led to Arsenal’s winning goal. The post notes that the handball rule excludes balls played onto a player’s hand or arm by a teammate.
