Renato Moicano wants to finish UFC deal before exploring free agency

Renato Moicano wants to finish his UFC deal before exploring free agency, he told MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck. Moicano says three fights remain on that deal, including his scheduled lightweight main event against Tom Nolan at UFC Vegas 123 on Saturday, Oct. 31, at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

“I want to fight this deal out for sure,” Moicano told MMA Fighting. He also said he would like to be a free agent “just to see what it’s like.” His next move is not settled: Moicano said he would consider how he feels and how much the UFC pays after more fights. “I’m not making any plans,” he said.
