Bears' Cole Kmet reportedly headed to injured reserve with season-ending knee injury

Bears coach Ben Johnson said Cole Kmet's knee injury was season-ending and that the tight end was headed to injured reserve on Oct. 23, Ian Rapoport reported. Rapoport said Kmet had been carted off during Thursday's win over the Patriots. Earlier that day, he had described the injury as likely season-ending while Kmet underwent testing.
