49ers linebacker Fred Warner reportedly fined $65,673 for two plays against Commanders

Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo report that Fred Warner was fined $65,673 for two plays against the Commanders. Both say officials threw, then picked up, a flag on his hit on tight end Chig Okonkwo. Their accounts differ on the fine for that hit: Pelissero says it was $47,762, while Garafolo says it was $17,911 and attributes the $47,762 fine to a separate, unflagged use-of-helmet play.
