Fabrizio Romano reported Nov. 3 that Inter activated an option to extend Federico Dimarco’s contract until June 2028. He also wrote that the club plans meetings to negotiate a longer deal with Dimarco. Romano gave no date for the meetings and did not report that a further agreement had been reached.
A centregoals post also described the move as a renewal-clause activation and credited Sky Sport. It did not address the proposed longer deal.
