Andorra goalkeeper Jesus Owono speaks after fatal collision with Tenerife's Jesus de Miguel

De Miguel died in hospital Tuesday after colliding with Owono during a Spanish second-division match Monday. In his first public comments Wednesday, Owono said his thoughts were with de Miguel’s family and everyone who loved him. He described the period after the collision as the “hardest days of my life.”
