Two X accounts gave conflicting accounts of Al Ahly coach Marino Pusic's future on Nov. 2. bayt_alahli1 claimed as its own exclusive that Pusic would stay and that there was no intention to dismiss him. Hours later, hunaalahli1 attributed a different account to Okaz: Al Ahly management was considering dismissing Pusic, but a reported €7.5 million termination clause could impede a decision.
On Nov. 3, Rabanalsafena posted that no official decision to dismiss Pusic had been made at that point. Amr13jn attributed a similar statement to Waleed Saeed. Those posts addressed whether a formal decision had been issued, not whether management was considering a change.
Rabanalsafena also called the cost of ending Pusic's contract the biggest obstacle and argued that the current break was the best opportunity to hire a replacement. The account said the next international break was about five months away. In a separate post, Ali Abdullah Al Suhaim called for Pusic's dismissal and an independent review, reacting to the reported €7.5 million obstacle. aashreef2 likewise argued that the break was the best time to replace the coach. Their calls for a change are opinions, not a club decision.
