Awful Announcing reports that Jets coach Aaron Glenn told CBS sideline reporter Aditi Kinkhabwala, “The good thing is, we get the ball,” in an interview recorded before the second half against the Patriots. New England started the half with possession instead. The Jets trailed 17–3 at halftime and got within a touchdown late, but the Patriots won.
