Angel City climbs to sixth in NWSL after five unbeaten matches
The Equalizer describes a team reset, not a revolution, and argues that Angel City's run of four wins and one draw was fully deserved.
TLDR
The Equalizer reports that Angel City's 3-0 away win over the Utah Royals lifted the club to sixth in the NWSL after five unbeaten matches. Its analysis, shared September 23, calls the results fully deserved—a sign of a team reset rather than a revolution. It argues Angel City should even have won the lone draw, a 3-3 tie with the Denver Summit.
