ESPN wins bid to join WWE lawsuit as a defendant

Sportico reports that U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas O. Farrish granted ESPN’s request to join Diesa & Toback v. WWE as a defendant. Plaintiffs Michael Diesa and Rebecca Toback allege that WWE violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act and conspired with ESPN.
