Rangers reportedly spun off from MSG Sports; Knicks and Rangers to trade separately

A report reposted by Sportico says the Rangers’ spinoff from MSG Sports is complete, with the Knicks and Rangers set to trade as separate stocks under MSGK and MSGR. Another post says MSG Knickerbockers Corp. owns the Knicks and Westchester Knicks, while MSG Rangers Corp. owns the Rangers, Hartford Wolf Pack and an MSG training facility. It says James Dolan is CEO and executive chairman of both companies, and the Knicks and Rangers signed a lease to play at Madison Square Garden into the 2050s.
