Nelly Korda clinches 2026 LPGA Rolex Player of the Year award

Korda built her points lead with five victories, including two majors, and clinched the award while nearing the end of a two-month break from competitive golf. Haeran Ryu was out of the Toto Japan Classic, while Miyu Yamashita and Jeeno Thitikul had not entered the Annika by the deadline, leaving none able to catch her. The award earned Korda a Hall of Fame point.
