SNY reportedly cancels Baseball Night in New York and Sportsnite amid editorial cuts
Mets Hot Stove and pregame and postgame coverage for the Mets and Jets will reportedly remain on SNY.
TLDR
SNY reportedly canceled Baseball Night in New York and Sportsnite, dismantled its website and laid off much of its editorial staff. Mets Hot Stove and Mets and Jets pregame and postgame shows will reportedly remain, along with reporters Chelsea Janes, Ian Begley and Connor Hughes. The network is controlled by Sterling Equities, not Mets owner Steve Cohen, and its Mets broadcast agreement extends through 2035.
