Désiré Doué opens scoring as PSG beats Barcelona 4-2

Désiré Doué opened the scoring for Paris Saint-Germain at home against Barcelona on Oct. 20, 2026, The Athletic FC reported. ESPN FC described the goal as an individual effort that gave PSG the lead.

The Athletic FC praised Doué’s footwork and said his finish beat Joan Garcia, who had already made a series of fine saves. The outlet also noted that Doué had opened the scoring away at Manchester City the previous week.

A post by skorradr listed PSG ahead 1-0 in the 38th minute. That score described a point during the match, not its final result.
