Yaxel Lendeborg criticizes what he calls Luka Dončić's complaining after NBA debut

In Golden State's Oct. 21 loss to the Lakers, Yaxel Lendeborg scored 12 points and received a technical foul during a back-and-forth with Luka Dončić, USA TODAY reports. Lendeborg said he lost respect over what he called Dončić's “whining and complaining”; Dončić described the rookie as talking crazy. The Athletic quoted Lendeborg describing his own taunts. Coach Steve Kerr welcomed the exchange but called guarding Dončić a lesson for the rookie.
