Skydance reshuffles CBS and TNT Sports leadership after Warner Bros. Discovery takeover

Front Office Sports reports that Skydance global sports chairman David Berson outlined exits and promotions in a memo weeks after the Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition. The memo lists six departing executives, including Nate Smeltz and Harold Bryant. Jeff Gerttula was named to oversee digital, international, strategy and business development for sports; Craig Berry is staying as chief content officer. FOS says Sports Business Journal first reported the new leadership team.
