The case was resolved by one of the appeals officers jointly appointed and jointly compensated by the NFL and NFLPA to resolve appeals of cases involving on-field discipline. The fine was not rescinded by the NFL. It was overturned by Juszczyk winning his appeal through the standard appeals process.25m
