Houston Comets plan free local broadcasts for non-national 2027 games
Sports Business Journal reports KTBU Channel 55 will carry every non-national game, with select matchups also on KHOU 11.
TLDR
Under the Comets’ announced 2027 plan, KTBU Channel 55 will air every game without a national broadcast free in the Houston market, while KHOU 11 will carry select matchups. Sports Business Journal reports that Space City Home Network will simulcast those games and SCHN+ will stream them. The original Comets disbanded in 2008; the returning team is planned as a relocation of the Connecticut Sun.
