Division I schools rescind fall-to-spring men's soccer calendar change
The men's national championship will remain in the fall after schools overturned the previously approved change.
TLDR
The NCAA announced Nov. 6 that schools had rescinded the two-semester plan adopted by the sport's oversight committee in May. U.S. Soccer had recommended the change, which the NCAA said would reduce time demands in any single term and offer more recovery time between matches. The Men's College Cup remains scheduled for Dec. 11 and 14 in Cary, North Carolina.
