Lamine Yamal reportedly records 19 goal contributions in nine Barça games

Fabrizio Romano initially credited Lamine Yamal with 18 combined goals and assists over nine consecutive Barcelona games, but his first match-by-match breakdown named only eight opponents and totaled 17 contributions.

Three minutes later, Romano posted an updated list that added Yamal’s goal against Real Betis. With Betis included, the nine named fixtures add up to the stated total of 18: nine goals and nine assists.

The Athletic also reported that Yamal’s Betis strike put Barcelona ahead, describing the goal as “an absolute beauty.”
