TLDR
Golf Digest reports LIV Golf’s lawyers told a bankruptcy court the league will know by the end of October 2026 whether it will continue or wind down. Investor BC Partners moved its player sign-up deadline to October 25. The court rejected more than a dozen player contracts, allowing those golfers to seek agency elsewhere or renegotiate with LIV. LIV’s lawyers also accused the DP World Tour of interfering with the league’s survival.
