Trail Blazers drop newly announced broadcaster Braiden Bell over resurfaced posts

Awful Announcing reports that the Trail Blazers dropped Braiden Bell shortly after announcing him as their new television play-by-play broadcaster. The team said his old social media posts violated team and league policies and apologized for its selection process. Awful Announcing cites KGW reporter Devon Haskins, who reported that Bell posted racist and misogynistic tweets in 2012 and 2013, when he was a teenager.
